  • Must be able to work one weekend day (shifts offered: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for prospective clients (leads) interested in consigning at The RealReal.
  • Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries.
  • Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business.
  • Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone, text, and email.
  • Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on the consignment process, accepted brands, and pricing expectations.
