Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar pipeline-generation role within SaaS, technology services, or consulting.
- Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding activity, meeting, and pipeline targets.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
- Experience engaging mid-level to senior leaders (Director, VP) in technical or product-driven organizations.
- Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and performance.
- Strong business curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful discovery questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging.
- Self-starter with resilience, persistence, and a growth mindset.
- Collaborative team player who values feedback and contributes to collective success.
Responsibilities
- Proactively research, identify, and engage target accounts and senior technology stakeholders through outbound channels.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partners by assessing fit, urgency, and buying potential.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Directors by uncovering pain points and decision-making structures.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent prospecting.
- Personalize outreach using account research, industry trends, and specific use cases.
- Collaborate with Account Directors on account strategy, messaging, and handoff expectations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and notes in CRM tools.
- Continuously test and refine outreach strategies based on performance data.
