Requirements
- 1+ years of proven sales experience in manufacturing.
- Track record of over-achieving in deliverables.
- Strong phone presence and ability to perform high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Gong, Orum, Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook, Zoom, and Slack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong team player and collaborator.
- High level of enthusiasm and energy.
Responsibilities
- Schedule qualified online sales demonstration opportunities for Solution Architects.
- Execute outbound sales strategies through calls, emails, text, and LinkedIn.
- Identify prospect pain points and communicate AssetWatch value propositions.
- Research accounts and generate interest from key targets.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned territories.
- Partner with Solution Architects to build and expand the enterprise pipeline.
- Maintain accurate data and follow defined sales processes in the CRM.
