Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven sales experience in manufacturing.
  • Track record of over-achieving in deliverables.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to perform high-volume outbound calls.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Gong, Orum, Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong team player and collaborator.
  • High level of enthusiasm and energy.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule qualified online sales demonstration opportunities for Solution Architects.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies through calls, emails, text, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify prospect pain points and communicate AssetWatch value propositions.
  • Research accounts and generate interest from key targets.
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned territories.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to build and expand the enterprise pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate data and follow defined sales processes in the CRM.
