Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Gong Engage or Outreach.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions.
  • Resilience and persistence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High degree of curiosity and passion for continuous learning.
  • Coachability and desire to advance into a closing role.
  • Experience engaging prospects in the North American market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify new accounts and contacts within the North American market using intelligence platforms.
  • Execute consistent multi-channel outreach campaigns through cold calls, emails, and social media messaging.
  • Qualify outbound leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC to assess prospect readiness.
  • Articulate the value proposition of JumpCloud to address specific prospect IT and security challenges.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified introductory meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records by logging all prospecting activities and communications.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives through deal reviews and call shadowing to improve lead quality.
