Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience designing UX/UI for SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end design of a full SaaS platform.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and visual design excellence.
- Experience designing for complex, data-driven applications and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Experience with AI tools for prototyping and design.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Proactively influence the product vision through a user-centered design approach aligned to business goals.
- Simplify complex, data-rich product requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Lead end-to-end design from problem identification to delivery, ensuring quality and usability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Mentor and support junior designers, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Represent design within the business and advocate for the user at every stage.
