Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of high-quality, shipped design work.
- Ability to think on a multi-year horizon and encode strategy into systems and agents.
- High AI fluency, including experience with design agents and systematized research.
- Strong technical craft, specifically in design systems, architecture, and principles.
- Ability to operate effectively as a force-multiplier for executive leadership.
- Comfort and experience working within complex cross-tribe design environments.
- Proven experience building connective-tissue work that facilitates design at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the division's shared design foundation, including the design system, cross-tribe agents, and architectural standards.
- Develop and execute a multi-year vision for division-wide design needs.
- Partner with Staff Designers to ensure tribe-level design substrates compose into a coherent whole.
- Act as the VP's right hand on complex cross-tribe design problems that fall outside single-tribe scope.
- Provide craft feedback and calibration input into performance reviews for Directors and Staff Designers.
- Encode design judgment into reusable leverage such as components, tokens, patterns, and agents.
