Requirements
- Experience and openness towards using AI to improve day-to-day work and the wider engineering organization
- Strong business acumen including financial literacy, business models, planning, and change and project management
- Exposure to product strategy, product management, and/or program marketing in a SaaS company
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum development practices
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MixPanel, Salesforce, and PowerBI
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills for data presentation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
Responsibilities
- Drive change within Product & Engineering as part of our continuous improvement of our processes, practices and culture
- Drive common approaches that allow teams and leaders to focus on high-level problems
- Ensure quality assurance and seamless launches that set industry standards
- Advocate for best practices in tools and instrumentation
- Provide insights for decision making and identify bottlenecks in work flow
- Help teams track metrics that align to business outcomes
- Build and maintain dashboards in JIRA, Confluence, and Compass to track organizational progress
- Enable the organization to self-organize around defined, measurable outcomes
- Manage and lead ad hoc projects that grow in complexity over time
- Embed and hand off change to product management, engineering, and operations owners
