Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products across web or mobile.
- Experience designing customer-facing mobile applications or complex internal tooling.
- Portfolio showing real-world product work, including problems, constraints, and impact.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from ideation to shipped solution.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, clarity, and usability principles.
- Experience working within defined requirements, technical limitations, or existing systems.
- Excellent communication skills to explain rationale, tradeoffs, and design decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently, from problem definition to shipped solution.
- Design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences, with a major focus on mobile.
- Develop internal tools used by clinical, ops, and CX teams, focusing on workflow efficiency and usability.
- Navigate commercial and regulatory constraints to deliver usable, compliant design solutions.
- Lead projects through discovery, user research, solution definition, and implementation.
- Articulate design decisions, defend choices, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
