Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio of shipped products demonstrating systems-thinking, complex flow navigation, and design impact.
- Fundamentals of user research, including asking questions and using data to validate decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and negotiate design trade-offs with engineering and product teams.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
- Fluent in Russian.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product design by partnering with product owners, engineers, and analysts to ship solutions.
- Make data-informed decisions by collaborating with UX Research and Analytics teams to form hypotheses and run tests.
- Evolve the ecosystem by driving consistency across portals, widgets, and admin tools.
- Leverage AI tools actively in daily workflows to improve problem-solving and efficiency.
- Champion accessibility by designing inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG standards.
