Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in phone-based B2B outreach (e.g., SDR/BDR, B2B collections, recruiting, or customer success).
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume daily outbound calling.
- Proficiency in contact research and verification using LinkedIn and open sources.
- Disciplined documentation skills for logging outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-ups.
- C1+ English (CEFR) proficiency for communication with senior US executives.
- Reliable home office with stable internet and a quiet environment for professional calls.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Call suppliers to confirm receipt of RFx invitations and guide them through deadlines.
- Answer event-related questions and provide support to suppliers during active sourcing events.
- Route technical issues to the account team for resolution.
- Flag at-risk suppliers to prevent participation loss.
- Maintain high-quality contact records within the CRM.
- Develop and refine outreach playbooks to optimize engagement processes.
