Responsibilities

  • Record operations activities in tracking software and spreadsheets.
  • Manage utility accounts including opening, closing, and reinstating services.
  • Update landlord agreements and facilitate required signatures.
  • Address resident inquiries regarding utility charges and ledger adjustments.
  • Coordinate communications between community sites and residents.
  • Facilitate maintenance coordination with third-party vendors.
  • Process bulk utility transactions to ensure accurate resident billing.
  • Monitor, process, and audit utility billing activities using computerized systems.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and escalated utility inquiries.
