- Minimum 30mbps wired internet connection.
- Hardware: i5 11th Gen or higher, minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Operating System: Windows 11 or MacOS Catalina or higher.

Responsibilities
- Record operations activities in tracking software and spreadsheets.
- Manage utility accounts including opening, closing, and reinstating services.
- Update landlord agreements and facilitate required signatures.
- Address resident inquiries regarding utility charges and ledger adjustments.
- Coordinate communications between community sites and residents.
- Facilitate maintenance coordination with third-party vendors.
- Process bulk utility transactions to ensure accurate resident billing.
- Monitor, process, and audit utility billing activities using computerized systems.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and escalated utility inquiries.
