Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting role.
- Native Spanish fluency; advanced Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Strong working knowledge of voice IVR, conversational AI, or related technologies.
- Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.
- Exceptional client-facing skills: discovery, presentation, and solution storytelling.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to think on your feet under pressure and clarify complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel within the Latin America region and Iberia as needed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and define success criteria.
- Lead discovery workshops with prospects to surface requirements and design tailored solution architectures.
- Design and deliver compelling, scenario-based product demonstrations.
- Review and respond to RFPs, ensuring accurate representation of Omilia technology.
- Serve as a technical advisor to bridge technical concepts and business value for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to address custom customer journeys.
- Review and edit Scopes of Work to ensure commercial accuracy.
- Lead onboarding and enablement for new channel partners in the LATAM region.
