Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting role.
  • Native Spanish fluency; advanced Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong working knowledge of voice IVR, conversational AI, or related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills: discovery, presentation, and solution storytelling.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to think on your feet under pressure and clarify complex technical concepts.
  • Willingness to travel within the Latin America region and Iberia as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and define success criteria.
  • Lead discovery workshops with prospects to surface requirements and design tailored solution architectures.
  • Design and deliver compelling, scenario-based product demonstrations.
  • Review and respond to RFPs, ensuring accurate representation of Omilia technology.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to bridge technical concepts and business value for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to address custom customer journeys.
  • Review and edit Scopes of Work to ensure commercial accuracy.
  • Lead onboarding and enablement for new channel partners in the LATAM region.
