Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce core features, custom objects, fields, and automation.
- Experience configuring Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with integration and automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Familiarity with REST APIs for integrations.
- Professional English fluency (B2 minimum).
- Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from scoping to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mentality.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or agency environments is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from clients to understand business gaps.
- Design and build Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, and automation.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects from scoping through go-live.
- Configure reports, dashboards, and user setups.
- Work directly with client teams to drive system adoption and business outcomes.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools using integration or automation platforms.
