Job Details

2-5 years of experience in similar consulting or client-facing roles, particularly for SMEs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Systems thinking approach and ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
Proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
Experience with project management or ERP systems like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or ClickUp.
Expertise in automation/iPaaS tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or MS Power Platform.
Experience with GenAI tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepSeek.
Data analysis skills using tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau.
Ability to work with REST APIs for system integrations.
Professional English fluency (B2 level minimum).
Builder mentality with high attention to detail and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Ownership mentality to manage and execute projects autonomously.

Deploy CRM configurations, project management systems, automation workflows, analytics dashboards, and AI implementations.
Uncover operational challenges in law firms and design technical solutions to improve efficiency.
Gather client requirements, conduct training, and manage the adoption of deployed solutions.
Manage 1 to 4 client engagements simultaneously, owning the full end-to-end implementation process.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with law firm stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction.
Standardize and automate workflows to clear backlogs and improve system reliability.
