Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English proficiency for business meetings and negotiations.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Demonstrated change management and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with business metrics and data validation.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations to collaborate with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point-of-sale to Go-Live.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to translate business requirements into product workflows.
- Manage timelines, data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
- Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to train client stakeholders.
- Create enablement resources such as deployment playbooks and configuration guides.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers.
