Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Consultant in software development or enterprise implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and integration workflows.
- Proficiency with data exchange formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Experience with file-based integrations, ETL processes, FTP, and SFTP.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into technical specifications.
- Experience creating data mappings, process flows, and exception-handling documentation.
- Experience with at least three or four complex enterprise implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead client conversations and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex system integrations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing discovery sessions to understand business processes, architectures, and integration needs.
- Elicit and document functional and technical requirements for cloud-based software integrations.
- Create detailed technical specifications, user stories, and implementation documentation.
- Define data-mapping documents including transformation rules, validation logic, and business rules.
- Guide internal and external teams on API usage, integration design, and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA specialists, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and scope gaps prior to impact.
- Support testing by creating acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and validation plans.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across source systems, integration layers, and target platforms.
