Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operational and technology-focused projects.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support workflow automation initiatives using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Assist with API integrations, data transfers, and system connectivity efforts.
- Monitor recurring processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure operational efficiency.
