Requirements
- 2+ years of project experience in a hands-on position
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service business operations
- Experience solving complex use cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience building custom applications, Lightning Experience, and Field Service Mobile App Extensions
- Proficiency with Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes
- Understanding of release management, application lifecycle management, and development lifecycle/deployment best practices
- Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, discovery, and design
- Ability to deliver solution options to customers
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to define requirements, propose, and deliver solutions
- Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service
- Configure Salesforce Solutions using point and click tools like Process Builder and Visual Flows
- Understand and leverage the Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
- Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
- Acquire new technical expertise and understand latest Salesforce features and major launches
