Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise applications with exposure to CRM, CPQ, and revenue systems.
  • 4+ years of experience in solution design, business analysis, and end-to-end CRM implementations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows), CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, and Workato/iPaaS tools.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR), and financial system integrations.
  • Proficiency with SQL/SOQL, data modeling, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile delivery cycles using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in QA planning, SIT/UAT execution, and regression testing frameworks.
  • Salesforce, CPQ, or Certinia certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional discovery workshops to gather and structure business requirements.
  • Translate operational needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and BRDs.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis to determine optimal use of OOTB features versus custom development.
  • Design and configure solutions across HubSpot, Salesforce, CPQ, Certinia, and NetSuite.
  • Build and manage Workato-based integrations for automation and system-to-system synchronization.
  • Lead QA strategy, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT cycles.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve cross-system issues and improve performance.
