Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in Stibo STEP configuration including workflows, business rules, taxonomy, classification, and data modeling.
- Solid experience in matching, merging, and data survivorship logic within MDM environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and data quality management principles.
- Proficiency in integrating MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms using REST APIs, SOAP, and ETL tools.
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in metadata management and data lineage concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document technical solutions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across key master data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, and Location.
- Configure workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validation frameworks within Stibo STEP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective MDM technical solutions and architectures.
- Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship models.
- Establish and maintain data quality rules, including validation, cleansing, matching, merging, and survivorship processes.
- Integrate Stibo STEP with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data warehouses using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Support metadata management, data lineage tracking, and reference data management initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing production support for MDM solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Participate in testing, deployment, migration, and continuous optimization of MDM platforms.
