Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO application support environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP CPI on SAP BTP, including integration flows (iFlows).
- Solid debugging skills in mappings, adapters, payloads, and interface monitoring.
- Good understanding of ESR, Integration Directory, and SAP integration architecture.
- Experience working in AMS / ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Target Process.
- Proven ability to manage critical production outages independently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to incident prevention.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AMS support for SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI (BTP), ensuring stability of integration landscapes in production environments.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, perform rapid troubleshooting, and restore business-critical interfaces within SLA timelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and debug integration flows using PI/PO Monitoring tools and CPI Message Processing logs.
- Support and troubleshoot multiple interface types including IDoc, RFC, Proxy, File, SOAP, REST, and OData.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring production issues.
- Work across hybrid integration landscapes connecting SAP ECC/S/4HANA with cloud and non-SAP systems.
- Validate and support iFlows, mappings, adapters, certificates, and security artifacts in CPI and PI/PO.
- Coordinate with SAP Functional, Basis, Network teams, and external vendors to resolve complex incidents.
- Ensure proper ticket management, SLA adherence, documentation quality, and audit-ready reporting.
- Participate in on-call or shift-based support for production systems.
