Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of client-facing experience, with 7+ years in project leadership roles.
- Minimum 6 years of day-to-day people management experience.
- Minimum 6 years in practice or service area leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, data analysis, and strategy consulting.
- Proven experience in grant sourcing and management.
- Direct experience working in local public health in NY, NJ, PA, MD, or VA.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead US-based Public Health initiatives to improve population health through project management and data science.
- Manage and mentor a team of Public Health consultants to inform policy and environmental changes.
- Develop strategic direction and priorities for BME Strategies.
- Oversee key client engagements and foster relationships with community agencies, institutions, and coalitions.
- Direct research development, data collection, and analysis for program monitoring and evaluation.
- Lead the preparation of project and grant proposals and applications.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategy as part of the leadership team.
