Requirements

- Background in public transport or mobility (strong plus).
- Demonstrated ability to own and win complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills for building compelling narratives.
- Ability to adapt communication styles across various settings including boardrooms and written proposals.
- Demonstrated self-starter ability to turn ambiguity into structured momentum.
- Sound commercial judgment to manage deal value and negotiation approaches.
- Experience operating as an individual contributor in a high-ownership environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signing.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Central region's procurement processes and funding cycles.
- Create data-driven business cases demonstrating improvements in ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to mobility leaders regarding transit network design and funding mechanisms.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to shape the regional conversation on modern mobility.
- Provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams to inform future development and competitive positioning.
