  • Sound commercial judgment to manage deal value and negotiation approaches.
  • Experience operating as an individual contributor in a high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signing.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Central region's procurement processes and funding cycles.
  • Create data-driven business cases demonstrating improvements in ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to mobility leaders regarding transit network design and funding mechanisms.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to shape the regional conversation on modern mobility.
  • Provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams to inform future development and competitive positioning.
