Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity (preferred)
- Track record of technical leadership, including conference and client presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, business, and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to follow-through on contracts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Proficiency with CRM, Office, and related software
- Ability to travel approximately 25-50% domestically and potentially internationally
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities leveraging Serán’s and the incumbents network
- Build solid, trusting, and measurable relationships with clients and companies
- Manage both Serán’s existing pipeline and new business opportunities
- Coordinate communications between customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Executive, Tech Ops, Project Mgmt)
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and new business materials
- Negotiate agreements including CDAs, MSAs, and commercial supply agreements
- Identify market trends and build sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Participate in client visits, regional and national trade shows, and conferences
