Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity (preferred)
  • Track record of technical leadership, including conference and client presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, business, and customer service skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with ability to follow-through on contracts
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM, Office, and related software
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% domestically and potentially internationally

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and opportunities leveraging Serán’s and the incumbents network
  • Build solid, trusting, and measurable relationships with clients and companies
  • Manage both Serán’s existing pipeline and new business opportunities
  • Coordinate communications between customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Executive, Tech Ops, Project Mgmt)
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and new business materials
  • Negotiate agreements including CDAs, MSAs, and commercial supply agreements
  • Identify market trends and build sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Participate in client visits, regional and national trade shows, and conferences
