Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, specifically selling technical or complex solutions to pharmaceutical or biotech organizations.
- Strong understanding of clinical research technologies and eClinical solutions.
- Experience contributing to proposal development and competitive bid processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute territory sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience within the clinical research or life sciences industry.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to multiple stakeholder levels.
- Highly collaborative approach to working across functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Experience selling eClinical solutions within pharmaceutical or CRO environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies for assigned biotech accounts and territories to meet financial targets for clinical technology solutions.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans and provide progress updates to leadership.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes as the primary customer contact, coordinating with internal technical teams.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Proposals, and Operations teams to create client-specific proposals.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the biotech sector.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline activity and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to generate new leads.
