Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms professionally.
Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe for creating graphics.
Experience scripting and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels or TikTok.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
Understanding of organic social media strategy and platform-specific best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage a content calendar.
Strong attention to detail with consistent, on-brand output.
Submit an updated resume and portfolio.
Provide a 1 to 2 minute Loom video introduction.

Responsibilities

Own and manage company social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and campaigns.
Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and engage with the audience.
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
Write compelling captions, copy, and short-form content.
Create or coordinate social media graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
Script and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns.
Track and report on key metrics including reach, impressions, and engagement rate.
