Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across distinct brand voices.
  • Proficiency with design and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Experience with social scheduling platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
  • Comfort with analytics, including pulling platform data, interpreting it, and presenting it to clients.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to juggle multiple clients.
  • Working knowledge of current best practices across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain monthly social content calendars for multiple client accounts, aligned to each client's brand voice, goals, and campaigns.
  • Write platform-appropriate copy and produce creative assets including graphics, short-form video, and stories.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms using a social scheduling tool.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for each client, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Monitor accounts for engagement opportunities and flag timely trends or issues to the account team.
