Requirements
- 3+ years running social media and community for a brand or creator with a proven growth portfolio.
- Native fluency in current social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in hands-on short-form video creation, stories, and posts.
- Proven experience in community management, including comment and DM moderation.
- AI-native workflow proficiency for ideating, scripting, editing, and repurposing content at volume.
- Strong English writing skills with the ability to maintain an on-voice professional tone for target audiences aged 40-70.
- Owner's mindset with a high-output, resourceful, and self-sufficient operational approach.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 4 times per year for approximately one week per trip.
- Reliable remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Own earned-media social execution, including reels and posts, and develop the social launch calendar for both brands.
- Drive organic growth and manage community engagement across list segments, including legacy clients and advisor communications.
- Oversee video edits, scripts, and production workflows to ensure content ships 3 times per week.
- Manage event social strategy, including content capture and platform coordination on LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Coordinate content scripts and topics with stakeholders or videographers to maintain an intelligent, professional brand voice.
