Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- At least one (1) year of targeted relevant experience.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS with development and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience participating in incident resolution and project execution.
- Experience with process automation.
- Must be located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, or Tarlac.
- Must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings.
- Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50MBPS.
Responsibilities
- Monitor web page performance and technical specs to support load time goals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website performance spikes and site outages.
- Execute technical aspects of maintenance, updates, and product launches.
- Validate newly launched features against technical and business requirements.
- Conduct routine technical audits and QA processes across user flows.
- Manage user access and permissions for internal platforms like Widen.
- Maintain and update internal technical process documentation.
- Identify efficiency issues and support implementation of technical improvements.
