Requirements

  • 8+ years of working experience with SaaS or MarTech companies.
  • Demonstrable SaaS Sales Manager experience.
  • Proven Channel/Partner Sales experience.
  • Experience in reseller recruitment and nurturing.
  • 5+ years of partnerships channel and cloud industry experience.
  • Demonstrable proof of producing ACV from resellers.
  • Deep knowledge of the agency and marketing services ecosystem.
  • Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services KPIs.
  • Executive presence with ability to vision sell to executive audiences.
  • Spanish speaking proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of Partner Program Development.

Responsibilities

  • Build out a strong foundation of reseller partners in the region.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with resellers to forecast new business.
  • Share best practices and case studies to accelerate opportunities.
  • Conduct close plan reviews with resellers.
  • Resolve channel conflicts within the market.
  • Work with renewal managers to prepare commercial documentation.
  • Facilitate with legal teams to support commercial and legal discussions.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Recruit new resellers in new markets.
  • Facilitate sales and product enablement for resellers.
