Requirements
- 8+ years of working experience with SaaS or MarTech companies.
- Demonstrable SaaS Sales Manager experience.
- Proven Channel/Partner Sales experience.
- Experience in reseller recruitment and nurturing.
- 5+ years of partnerships channel and cloud industry experience.
- Demonstrable proof of producing ACV from resellers.
- Deep knowledge of the agency and marketing services ecosystem.
- Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services KPIs.
- Executive presence with ability to vision sell to executive audiences.
- Spanish speaking proficiency.
- Strong understanding of Partner Program Development.
Responsibilities
- Build out a strong foundation of reseller partners in the region.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with resellers to forecast new business.
- Share best practices and case studies to accelerate opportunities.
- Conduct close plan reviews with resellers.
- Resolve channel conflicts within the market.
- Work with renewal managers to prepare commercial documentation.
- Facilitate with legal teams to support commercial and legal discussions.
- Plan, prepare, and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Recruit new resellers in new markets.
- Facilitate sales and product enablement for resellers.
