Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in sales skills and performance via field observation.
- Deliver training for onboarding and ongoing professional development.
- Design impactful training programs covering sales skills, product mastery, and legal environment.
- Build and maintain training assets with internal subject matter experts.
- Orchestrate flagship events for 100+ sales professionals across 3 countries.
- Implement scalable enablement solutions using AI and gamification.
- Drive change management as the organization scales into new markets.
