Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in DTC/eCommerce operations, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing 3PL partners and multi-node fulfillment networks at scale.
- Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable cost, speed, or accuracy improvements.
- Experience with peak-season planning including volume forecasting, labor staffing, and carrier capacity.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner across Finance, Product, and Marketing.
- Experience supporting cross-border (Canada/U.S.) operations is preferred.
- Experience managing Customs (Duties & Tariffs) and Imports (Taxes) is an asset.
- Ability to communicate supply chain KPIs proactively.
Responsibilities
- Lead inbound logistics and transportation strategy from supplier to 3PL/DC.
- Manage daily performance of 3PL fulfillment partners, including SLAs, receiving, and returns.
- Drive volume forecasting, labor staffing, and contingency planning for peak periods.
- Build and maintain operations scorecards and performance reporting for leadership.
- Partner with Finance on freight accrual, cost-to-serve analysis, and budget performance.
- Maintain SOPs and implement inventory management systems to improve speed and accuracy.
- Manage and develop the Operations team as it scales.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth on new channel launches and demand-driven volume.
