- Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement.
- Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
- Ability to communicate, present, and build trust with confidence and expertise.
- Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables in limited-standardization situations.
- Sales-driven mentality and professional client engagement skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of leads and proactively build new lead sources.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects through high-level communication via phone and email.
- Perform responsive follow-up on all lead channels.
- Learn and manage leads within a CRM platform.
- Utilize commercial lines comparative rating platforms.
- Maintain an adequate pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
- Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books.
- Provide quote comparison reviews and articulate coverage differences.
- Maintain the CRM and Agency Management System within company standards.
