Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver individual and team revenue targets, taking direct accountability across the full sales cycle.
  • Partner closely with the CEO to define and execute a focused US growth strategy.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations on activity and metrics.
  • Personally drive pipeline through direct selling and local market engagement.
  • Establish strong operating rhythms, champion CRM discipline, and ensure accurate reporting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead generation efforts translate into qualified pipeline.
  • Align with Customer Success to drive retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers, districts, and government stakeholders.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Manage regional RFQs and strategic bids, ensuring timely and commercially sound responses.
