- Data-driven operator proficient in CRM usage for forecasting and performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver individual and team revenue targets, taking direct accountability across the full sales cycle.
- Partner closely with the CEO to define and execute a focused US growth strategy.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations on activity and metrics.
- Personally drive pipeline through direct selling and local market engagement.
- Establish strong operating rhythms, champion CRM discipline, and ensure accurate reporting in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead generation efforts translate into qualified pipeline.
- Align with Customer Success to drive retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers, districts, and government stakeholders.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Manage regional RFQs and strategic bids, ensuring timely and commercially sound responses.
