Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Proven track record of working with executive leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Experience designing and owning end-to-end KPI reporting frameworks and financial dashboards.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Advanced financial modeling proficiency (dynamic models, sensitivity tables, scenario analysis) strongly preferred.
- Polished executive presence with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide FP&A finance support related to financial reporting and analysis.
- Partner with finance and internal teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Analyze revenue, cost, and margin drivers to provide decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
- Lead ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses for strategic projects.
- Own and improve the KPI reporting framework and financial dashboards.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decisions across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
- Assist in preparing Board, investor, and management presentations.
