Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, deal operations, renewals management, or a similar customer-facing operational role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and understanding of SaaS pricing models, entitlements, and renewal mechanics.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and CPQ tools.
  • Experience with contract management platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
  • Proven proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in deal structuring and financial calculations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage directly with customers and collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent in the use of AI tooling (e.g., Claude suite) to accelerate workflows.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms or coding/automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, including preparing renewal packs and contacting customers 90+ days before expiry.
  • Manage quoting, order forms, and document execution for renewals, expansions, and contract modifications.
  • Highlight expansion, churn, and contraction risks while maintaining accurate forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for non-sales customer queries regarding billing, contracts, and product questions.
  • Build and maintain pricing illustration sheets to support deal strategy.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy including health scores and opportunity data.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel to manage contract redlines and align on terms.
