Job Details

Experience: 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience
Required Skills: Account Management

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is a plus.
7+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3 years in sales or field market access.
Experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
Expertise in complex distribution models, specifically Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution.
In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
Proven experience selling specialty products, particularly injectable or implantable technologies.
Successful track record of product launch in competitive environments.
Ability to travel regionally and nationally (up to 50-70% in some territories).
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a start-up environment.
Demonstrated accountability, business acumen, and strong problem-solving skills.

Achieve planned sales and patient access objectives for assigned geography.
Deliver clinical product information and access-related guidance to HCPs in compliance with company policies.
Develop and execute territory plans based on analysis of regional payers, regulatory environments, and reimbursement patterns.
Engage with account personnel to assess needs, communicate solutions, and secure commitments.
Resolve and triage reimbursement issues to ensure patient access and optimize customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and maintain ongoing customer dialogues to adapt to market challenges.
Manage operational expenses within established fiscal controls.
