Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, spend management, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading senior leaders (VP level and above) in a matrixed, multi-regional organization.
- Strong track record of enterprise P&L ownership, revenue growth, and client retention at scale.
- Deep expertise in healthcare supply chain operations and spend optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-suite executives in complex healthcare environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance enterprise vision with operational execution.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
- Advanced financial acumen and experience driving data-informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required to support clients and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide account management strategies aligned with organizational growth and market leadership objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop VP-level regional leaders, ensuring consistent performance, execution, and accountability across geographies.
- Establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and performance standards for account management teams.
- Own enterprise revenue growth, retention, margin performance, and overall client penetration across the portfolio.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and disciplined business execution across all regions.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic clients, engaging C-suite stakeholders and supporting complex negotiations.
- Partner with product, analytics, and sourcing teams to align solutions with client needs and market opportunities.
- Ensure consistent measurement and communication of value delivered through data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in how spend management value is defined and delivered.
