Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and/or Marketing.
- Proven experience working with clients in the utilities and/or energy markets.
- Strong understanding of customer and company organizational structure.
- Strong business acumen and ability to determine when escalation is required.
- Exceptional analytical skills and leadership abilities.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Ability to anticipate roadblocks and alert internal and external stakeholders appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic travel).
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage account strategies focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales activities and manage resolution of customer problems.
- Shape sales strategy by aligning customer business goals and objectives, prioritizing opportunities, and developing executive relationship strategies.
- Set and drive achievement of sales targets, manage volume/mix/profitability, and implement recovery plans.
- Serve as primary customer contact, lead negotiations, resolve claims, and collaborate with internal sales teams.
- Maintain deep knowledge of customer drivers, competitive activity, and market trends.
