Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars for the Executive Team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and preparing itineraries
  • Handle vendor coordination: follow up on invoices, schedule service providers, and maintain basic vendor records
  • Support email organization and simple correspondence
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and updated
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
