Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager within software delivery organizations.
- Experience managing concurrent workstreams under aggressive delivery timelines.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, and team coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery reporting.
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, or transformation-focused programs.
- Familiarity with wave planning, per-application delivery tracking, and per-object or work-item burndown management.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple workstreams.
- Track team velocity, burndown metrics, and overall delivery progress against approved Levels of Effort.
- Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments and blockers.
- Coordinate dependencies and handoffs between workstreams and delivery teams.
- Monitor schedule risks and surface potential delays early to leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and program leadership.
- Maintain backlog hygiene, sprint boards, reporting dashboards, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure agile best practices and delivery governance are followed.
