- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run workstreams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Systems-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for using automation and AI to improve internal processes.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows across staffing, cost visibility, planning, reporting, and operational continuity.
- Lead high-priority workstreams including Jira infrastructure and data stewardship, staffing and cost models, and strategic planning support.
- Build clear, decision-useful dashboards, models, and materials that help leaders make better resourcing and operating decisions.
- Partner across Delivery, CX, Product, and Finance to improve execution and keep critical operating cadences running smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through automation, AI, and better process design.
