Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, technical delivery, or a related role.
- Experience working in an agency, consulting, or fast-paced production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA testing, Git version control, and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser/cross-device testing.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.
- Experience creating project timelines, tracking budgets, and managing resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical delivery for digital projects including websites, web applications, mobile apps, email campaigns, and interactive modules.
- Coordinate production workflows from requirements gathering through development, QA, and deployment.
- Manage project timelines, track progress, identify blockers, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Translate creative briefs into actionable technical tasks, resource needs, and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation including technical requirements, specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning meetings, and team syncs to remove impediments.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and key metrics using project management tools.
