- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven success leading complex enterprise implementations or large-scale rollout programs.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- Experience designing and scaling operational processes, frameworks, or systems.
- Strong data-driven leadership skills with experience using operational metrics to diagnose performance.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for in-person customer meetings, leadership forums, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Onboarding Consultants with a focus on project management and operational excellence.
- Mentor emerging leaders and senior team members to strengthen talent pipelines and organizational performance.
- Own the strategic direction and performance metrics for the Enterprise Hotels and Sports + Entertainment segments.
- Drive operational improvements by designing and implementing scalable frameworks for implementation and forecasting.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise onboarding, providing guidance on complex implementations and cross-functional partnerships.
- Act as the primary escalation leader for complex enterprise implementations, guiding teams through high-impact challenges.
- Influence cross-functional partners including Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Product to drive enterprise outcomes.
- Leverage data and post-mortem analysis to diagnose challenges and build strategic improvement initiatives.
