Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or related domains.
- Demonstrated track record of taking products or major features from zero to customer benefit.
- Proven experience leading migrations or systems transformations, such as claims platforms or internal enterprise tools.
- Strong customer experience sense with ability to deeply understand internal operational workflows.
- Ability to use AI tools as part of daily product work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical and operational concepts.
- Measured success delivering against company and strategic goals with clear impact on business metrics.
- Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term platform investments.
- Comfort with change and operating in rapidly growing, evolving environments.
- Strong influence skills and collaborative mindset to drive alignment without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap for Coalition's claims experience with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Drive end-to-end product work for major systems migrations including discovery, planning, rollout, and change management.
- Design tools that reduce manual overhead and increase capacity for internal users like claims professionals, finance, and actuarial teams.
- Partner with engineering and data science to design scalable automation paths and incorporate AI into product tasks.
- Create detailed use cases, write clear product requirements, and articulate trade-offs for diverse stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and prioritize initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and systems to ensure high-quality delivery.
