Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or related domains.
- Demonstrated track record of taking products or major features from zero to meaningful customer benefit.
- Proven experience leading migrations or systems transformations, such as claims platforms or enterprise workflow tools.
- Strong customer experience sense, with the ability to understand internal workflows and end-customer impact.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as part of daily product work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.
- Measured success delivering against strategic business metrics and goals.
- Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term platform and experience investments.
- Comfort with change and ambiguity in a rapidly growing environment.
- Strong influence skills and collaborative mindset without relying on formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the claims experience strategy spanning workflow tools, automation, ML-powered insights, and customer-facing experiences.
- Drive end-to-end product work for major systems migrations, including discovery, planning, rollout, change management, and measurement.
- Partner with internal users like claims professionals, operations, and actuarial teams to design tools that reduce manual overhead.
- Partner with engineering and data science to design scalable AI-driven automation paths within the claims experience.
- Create detailed use cases and actionable requirements for engineering, sales, and operations audiences.
- Direct complex, cross-functional projects, managing dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
