Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong track record of building and scaling subscription-based products.
- Expertise in leveraging recommendation systems and personalization.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
- Skill in ruthless prioritization and estimating business impact.
- Experience using statistical data and A/B testing to guide product opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive leadership.
- Keen eye for UX and product design.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and release plans across 1-3 year horizons.
- Drive discovery, customer interviews, prototyping, and rapid iteration from zero to one.
- Manage a complex portfolio of multiple workstreams and simultaneous feature launches.
- Collaborate across design, algorithms, engineering, merchandising, marketing, and operations.
- Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring peers in product practices.
- Execute on business goals to impact company performance through client engagement and retention.
