Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with direct ownership of performance.
  • Proven experience managing multi-location, franchise, or multi-market advertising accounts.
  • Strong expertise in Google Search Ads, bidding strategies, keyword management, and audience targeting.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Experience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce or Instapage.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data to drive optimization decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance outcomes.
  • Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets ($200K+ preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large Google Ads MCC structure across multiple markets and service areas.
  • Monitor and optimize Search and Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns for lead quality and budget efficiency.
  • Manage and test landing pages using Unbounce to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROAS to present actionable growth recommendations.
  • Execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to scale lead volume and improve acquisition costs.
