Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of SEM, PPC strategies, and paid acquisition best practices.
- Experience conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative ad concepts and copy.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns using A/B testing methodologies.
