Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEM, PPC strategies, and paid acquisition best practices.
  • Experience conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative ad concepts and copy.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns using A/B testing methodologies.
