Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial product management, preferably in fintechs, payment institutions, acquirers, or sub-acquirers.
- Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, including card payments, digital wallets, acquiring flows, and Brazilian financial regulations.
- Experience designing and evaluating business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and P&L considerations.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel and solid working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate English or Spanish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategy and performance of acquiring and sub-acquiring payment products.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators to improve conversion and payment success rates.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Brazil regulations and payment network standards.
- Develop business cases and financial analyses to support product innovation and roadmap prioritization.
- Track market trends to identify new growth and optimization opportunities.
